The innovative BB Meat Slicer has been developed to further reduce guesswork. Cut the raw meat to pre-set thicknesses. This provides a basis for standardisation not seen before in biltong-making. Meat can be sliced from 3mm to 40mm thick, making it ideal for biltong, steaks, biltong sticks and beef jerky. | |

Our series of attractive BB Driers have been developed to be used with the BB Scale. You can dry from 1 up to 72 pieces of prime meat. The design philosophy behind the driers is to bring the drying of biltong from the garage into the living room and bar where it can be a centre piece and conversation starter. It is even suitable if you have a tiny apartment with little space - you too can make your own biltong! | |
Our biltong hooks, the new-fangled C-Hook design, was born out of necessity. The standard S-Hooks take up valuable space in the drier and are not suited to thicker cuts of 32mm and 40mm. Made from durable stainless steel, the C-Hook will be the last biltong hook you will ever need to buy! | |
Spicing biltong is not an exact science and depends on personal preference and experience. We have partnered with leading biltong- and spice manufacturers to remove the mystery from this part of making your perfect piece of biltong. We supply you with products for a fail-safe way to spice your own biltong. Now you can slice, spice and dry it to your liking with confidence. | |
Important: Never ever freeze your dried biltong! Rather vacuum pack once cut and spiced to your liking, refrigerate or freeze, and then dry as needed. Vacuum sealing extends the seasoning and marinating process - locking in and allowing the fabulous flavours more time to infuse the meat. | |
