Once you have sliced and spiced, add a thickness indicator tag when inserting the C-hook
Tag your biltong to indicate the thickness of the sliced meat. Tags are for 24, 32 and 40mm which correspond with the settings of the BB Meat Slicer. Experiment with different thicknesses of meat.
