A range of attractive BB Driers have been developed to be used with the BB Scale. You can now dry a single piece of prime meat, right to up to 72 pieces. The design philosophy behind the development of the driers is that the drying of biltong must come out of the garage and into the living room, bar and foyer. It should be a conversation piece. And yes, even if you have a tiny flat with little space- you too can make your own biltong!
